Charlotte High School’s Academy of Hospitality & Tourism and Academy of Sports Medicine & Management allow students to focus their studies toward career goals. Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, this bench shows how literacy opens a world of dreams for readers.

Charlotte High School art teachers Don Camp and Laura Frey, along with student artists William Hough, Sarah Holder, Heather Shattuck and Brittany Grammatica, collaborated on the design and creation of this whimsical bench called "Through the Looking Glass".
