The New York Wine & Culinary Center is an educational and experiential gateway to New York State’s incredible wine, food and culinary industries. "Taste of New York" expresses the mission of the Center and all it promotes.

Artists Chris Pallace and Kevin Serwacki also have a flair for the culinary arts. Chris is a sucker for sushi while Kevin’s a fan of fish and chips.
