The Arc of Monroe County provides programs and services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families in the Rochester community.

As the Arc of Monroe County’s visual arts coordinator for community arts connections, artist Jessica Ophardt teaches a variety of studio art classes and organizes art exhibits.
