The close-knit, caring environment is one of the reasons Dixon Schwabl has been named one of the Best Small Companies to Work for in America. That family-like feeling helped employees cope with the passing of their colleague, Jane Argenta. "Janie’s Bench" is their tribute to Jane.

Artist Tracy Waxenberg worked with fellow artists Ian Auch, Matt Bielewicz, Sarah Fairbrother, Marshall Statt, Andrea Swierat and Deanna Varble, as well as other members of the Dixon Schwabl team, to create this tribute to their beloved co-worker.
